355ml bottle. Opalescent, slightly redd-ish, amber colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of red berries, a touch of sweet cherry. Taste is mellow malty with a minimally bready touch, slightly fruity, slightly bitter, minimally grassy hoppy, hints of red berries, sweet cherry, minimally metallic overtones, minimally sugary, crystal malty basis. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively fruity, simple, easy drinkable - OK.

Pours a slightly reddish amber with a thin white head. Aroma of sweetened malt. Taste has mildly smoked malted barely, some residual sweetness. Palate is mildly herbal, lingering malt, sweet. Good.

[12oz bottle from Total Wines, Naples, FL.] A bright copper coloured pour with a loose white head; grassy aroma with some caramel; very thin in the mouth with a burnt caramel taste and little else; and a weak and watery finish. Disappointing.

12 oz bottle into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip on 4th Jan 2018 at my daughters in California. Bright amber body, clean and clear, full head of white foam on top. Light malty nose and taste, watery body wise and fairly bland in flavour. Expected and wanted more from this beer, which is a rare rate from Louisiana for me.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a honey amber color with a large foamy orange tan head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was yeasty, tangy and a bit off. The flavor was tangy and sweet with caramel and bread. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Shared at a tasting, small bubbly creamy head, clear dark orange color, aroma of candy, stewed fruit, caramel and cakey maltiness, light caramel flavor with some stewed fruits, dry and a bit sour. Drinkable but a bit bland.
