Taste is mildly bitter, grassy, resinous, piney, mildly earthy hoppy, minimally spicy, pale, wheaty and minimally oaty basis with low to no residual sweetness, hints of pine needles, overall quite unspecific hop flavours in the aforementioned spectrum.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, slightly scattered. mildly prickly carbonation.
Very homogeneous, earthy-woody-resinous-grassy, balanced, well adjusted bitterness - a remarkably unfruity NEIPA; a very good NEIPA.
