Our Spring IPA pushes the limit on juicy fruit flavors with a tropical hop combo of Idaho 7, El Dorado, Krush, and Ekuanot Cryo. A pale grist focusing on pilsner malt and flaked oats creates a hazy backdrop for these expressive hops to shine. Notes of guava, pineapple, and zesty lemon-lime give way to a soft and pillowy finish.

Sampled from the tap at Grizzly’s St. Cloud. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has mango and sweet citrus with papaya and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has more of a dank citrus with a bit of rind and mango underlying.
