We took the same complex yet balanced base beer from last month's release, and gave it a little more love and attention before it was bottled.
After being blended, Crane: Canela was conditioned on single origin Costa Rican coffee, roasted by our friends @jrenecoffee, Ceylon cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, vanilla and light alcohol in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light coffee and vanilla with notes of bourbon and alcohol. Cinnamon subdued. Bit boozy finish.
