Introducing Backyard Haze, a hop-saturated IPA brewed for sunshine, backyard grilling, and long Memorial Day Weekend hangs with friends and family.

For this beer, we started with a smooth and expressive IPA base designed to showcase an explosive combination of modern hop products from the Pacific Northwest and New Zealand. In the kettle, we layered Cryo Phantasm and Idaho 7 Dynaboost to build a saturated foundation of tropical fruit intensity and juicy aromatics.

Following fermentation, Backyard Haze received a massive double dry hop featuring Idaho 7 CGX and New Zealand Revolution Blend, amplifying the beer with waves of ripe mango, sticky pineapple, peach candy, sweet citrus, and resinous dankness.

The result is a soft, pillowy IPA bursting with expressive hop flavor while maintaining a balanced bitterness and ultra drinkable finish — making it the perfect companion for burgers on the grill, late afternoon sunshine, and festive holiday weekends.

When poured into a glass, Backyard Haze showcases a glowing golden-orange hue with a dense haze and a fluffy white head that erupts with aromas of tropical fruit nectar, fresh-cut citrus, and sticky hop resin.

We get notes of mango smoothie, pineapple gummies, peach rings, candied orange, ruby red grapefruit, passionfruit, fresh cannabis, apricot jam, citrus zest, and soft white bread.
