This SMaSH IPA uses a single Minnesota pilsner malt from Maltwerks in Detroit Lakes for a clean, lightly sweet backbone, letting Styrian Wolf from Slovenia run wild: bright mango, lemon zest, and lemongrass. Crisp, balanced, and dangerously drinkable—proof that great beer happens when two hop-loving latitudes meet in the middle.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has flora and grass with a bit of melon and grain supporting. Flavor has melon and flora with light sweet grains and dank grass backing.
