SOUP NECTARON is our 7% IPA brewed as a special release for SOUP DAY 2026, showcasing Nectaron, one of the most exciting southern hemisphere hops. A sister hop to Waimea, it brings an intense citrus-forward profile with tropical and piney notes.
We designed this recipe to highlight its full potential: using Citra in the whirlpool to push bright citrus aromas early in fermentation, and loading the dry hop with 50% Nectaron, balanced with Citra and Mosaic for depth, freshness and complexity.

Can from The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Peach,nectarine,mango, pineapple & pink grapefruit nose.Sharp stone fruit flavours,splash of tangerine, apricot, passionfruit, mango. Heavy stone fruit mouthfeel, very peachy. Finishes with oodles of sweet fruits with lightly hoppy undertones.Tasty stuff.

Tap at Free Beer. Hazy light golden woth creamy white head. Super juicy, weedy hops, oats, doughy wheat, lemon, spicy hops, soft alcohol. Medium sweet and light bitter. Over medium bodied. Good.

Tight creamy white head on a murky dull golden coloured body.
Melon, spiced, pineapple, nectarine & tangerine tastes with a bitter green hop finish.
