(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2026 Friday session) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had vinous notes, soy sauce, wood, vanilla and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, wood, vanilla, dark chocolate, ash, alcohols and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, vanilla and bitterness. ABV was well hidden. Tasty.

TCBW2026. Pitch black colour with a minor head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, mild nutty tones with some alcohol and mild liquorice sweetness to it. Flavour has the same elements as the aroma, but also rather strong wooden, vanillaish and some syrupy tones.
