Influenced from fruit forward cocktails that also bring a touch of heat, this sour beer is fruited with a lot of sweet mango and juicy guava for a refreshingly bright blend in every sip. We took this one step further by adding hop derived oils producing candied, floral papaya notes and finished with fresh habanero for a slight spicy kick at the end.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, mango, guava, floral hops and faint spicy pepper. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, guava, mango, papaya, oats and floral hops in a tart, mild spicy pepper finish. Medium body with a thick, slightly creamy texture and average carbonation. Juicy and the habanero is subtle. Nicely done.
