Our Tripel is strong but has a relatively light body and that signature Belgian character you get from the yeast. Belgians traditionally use “candi sugar” to increase alcohol but not increase the body. We make our own candi sugar from organic cane sugar and lends a very slight sweetness to this brew that may make you howl at the moon!

Draft at the brewery provided to us by Elwood, thank you! Poured a hazy dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was sweet grains, some light sugar notes, notes of Belgian yeast in there. Flavor was sweet malt notes, touch of grain. Some light zesty notes, hay.

Draft at the source courtesy of Elwood, thank you sir! Hazy light yellow color, small white head. Aroma of sweet hay, subtle white pepper. Taste is sweet, peppery straw. Decent.
