Step-mashed using a particularly compelling Colorado craft malt, hopped with two varieties from the PNW, and lagered for a while at temps mountain streams dream of, Tonks Tuesday is a snappy pilsner that sits right in what I think is the sweet spot for beers - nuanced enough that you could sit there and contemplate it for a while, but so quaffable that you'll probably find yourself just drinking it and enjoying the company of your friends (or yourself, no judgement) instead.
