Not Dead, But Dreaming.
Croak Dream is a collaboration with our close friends and Alma Mater Ten10 Brewing out of Orlando, FL.
This fruited sour was made with 1 lb per gallon of peach, a huge dose of lime juice, Blue Curacao, and a Tiki Bitters Spice Blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc).
The result is a massive, tropical tiki sour that looks like the remnants of some primordial Eldritch monstrosity lost to time and spoken of in hushed, frightened whispers in the dark.
Tastes great though. Hell Yeah.
