The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours hazy copper witha small white head. Aroma is gongerbread and the taste is too. Really. That’s about it. Weird weird beer.

Draft at Churchkey. This one poured a hazy dark amber color with an off-white head. Aroma was heavy notes of Christmas spices - cinnamon, nutmeg notes. Flavor had more cloves than in the aroma. Notes of coriander and ginger spice in there as well. Perhaps a little heavy on the spices, this one wasn’t bad.

Draft. Muddy amber brown color, off white edge head. Aroma of mulled wine, cinnamon dominates. Taste is spiced, obviously, but also very fruity. Nice that its lower alcohol than, say, a winter warmer, but not sure its sessionable. Tasty enough.
