On tap at Stiefel Pub Otoya, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a rather unpleasant hop expression: seems sort of stale, sweaty, maybe a touch of pine in there. Flavour is downright unpleasant, with stale, vegetal notes, some bitterness, dry biscuity malt on the underside. Is that all due bad hops, or is this just not fermented properly? Either way, I wouldn’t say this even passes the bar for being drinkable.
