Brewer's Notes: A CBC original returns! Aromas of slight caramel, citrus and pine.
Features Ingredients of American "C hops" and British Crystal Malt.
Tasting Notes: CBC Pale Ale has always held a special place in Ohio craft beer. With a recipe that hearkens back to our roots, our Original Pale Ale remains one of the most drinkable hoppy beers in Ohio. All For Ohio! Cheers!

2$ can from chalet. Pour is a somewhat darker orangish pale. Creamy off white head. Nose is fairly fresh hops, perhaps some metallic pine. First taste is a building bitter bite, almost that of an IPA. Yea, you can tell this is a straight up american style ale fer sher. After each slug you get this fairly sharp bitter bite that hangs around for a while. Almost astringent but its not quite there. Some odd pine off lemon taste building as the session continues. Not pleasant, but has a desired calming effect. There you have it, would not buy again but good for a tick.
