Bottle from Beerdome. Roasty with whiskey, wood, dried fruits, burnt malt, ash, some liquorice. Medium sweet, moderate bitter. Roasty, didn't expect this much dried fruit.

33cl bottle bought at the brewery. Pours close to pitch black with a modest, beige head. Roasty and vinous with notes of dried fruits, wood, vanilla, dark chocolate and hints of rye bread and alcohol. Sweet, smooth and warming with complex flavours. Desserty and enjoyable.

Dark brown, coffee foam. Aroma: like good Scotch whisky, caramel, chocolate, rye bread. Sweetish taste, caramel, whisky, chocolate, rye bread, strong, good.

(Keg at Põhjala Taproom, 20260530) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had wood, spiciness, burnt malts, vanilla and ash. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, wood, ash, vinous notes and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, vinous notes and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew with spicy barrel notes.
