Deep within the arid climate of Washington’s Yakima Valley grows the Mosaic Hop, a newcomer that makes its debut in our pFriem Mosaic Single Hop Pale. This strong ale glows with an amber hue. Wafts of mango and citrus tease the senses just long enough before its assertive taste takes over with hits of lemon, pine and a slight tinge of blueberry. Aromas are an odd but good blend of citrus, malt, grain, onion, and ash. Flavors are similar to nose adding in a bit of slightly old resin. Slightly more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Not getting a lot of mosaic.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma of citrus/pine and a tropical fruit. Med body. Flavor is the aroma plus mango and green melon. A very light spicy note in the finish. Quite pleasing.

Draft at the Handlebar. Clear golden pour, small foamy white head. Light citrusy aroma, biscuit malts. Taste is fruity, grapefruit, lemon notes, and lush bready malts. Not overly hoppy, smooth.

500 ml bottle from Tavour, 3/14/20. Bottled 1/14/20. Clear golden, white head, strong lacing. Bright, zesty citrus (grapefruit, lemon). Some tropical notes. Piney too. Crisp, moderately bitter, and really clean. Finishes snappy and solidly dry. Really bright, refreshing hoppy beer. Perfect for patio drinking on a crisp afternoon. 7/4/8/5/16

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruit like pineapple, mango and the like. Taste is tropical and moderately bitter. Pretty good.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is great tropical fruit hops some mango spice and a little pineapple. Taste is more of the tropical fruit hops some sweetness with a well balanced malt.

Bottle at RateBeer Best. Pours a clear yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and dank. Medium body, dank, mango, blueberry, nice bitterness, enjoyed this.
