For this approach to this style, we wanted to elevate the grain bill by using premium malts imported from Germany's legendary maltster Weyermann. In combination with a hefty percentage of North American flaked corn, this Mexican-Style Pale Lager will have familiar flavors, but with more depth that will last longer on your palate.
