Draft - Funk and light passion fruit and some light spicy grains. Cloudy dark gold with a decent white head. Lots of tropical fruit and bretty notes. Clean finish and easy drinking, very nice.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of farmhouse yeast - not a whole lot else. Flavour is weird, with dry farmhouse yeast, grains, and floral notes. Quite dry, moderately fruity an hoppy. Well-balanced and very drinkable.

Cloudy golden color with compact head. Aroma of vegetables (celery). Yeasty flavor, vegetables, and metallic finish.
Not pleasant.

Draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of hay and white pepper. Taste is bitter, peppery, funky citrus.
