Brewed with our friends at Culmination, Nelson Riesling IPA marries beer and wine. We've added Riesling must to a kettle sour base and finished it off with a generous dry hop of Nelson Sauvin. The result is a journey through stone fruits, gooseberry and nectarine with a satisfyingly sour finish.

Their 3rd collab with Culmination. Exactly as described, though not quite as full as expected. should do a 13%abv barrel-aged cuvée version.
