The quintessential summer thirst quencher, light but flavorful, often called "breakfast beer" by southern Germans. The dominant flavors are banana and clove, products of the unique yeast imported from Bavaria.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a very slightly hazy yellow color with a thin creamy head. Good head retention. The taste is tart wheat, banana and clove. Fruity aroma with notes of pineapple, wheat, faint spice. Medium bodied and refreshing.
