From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light toasted malty. Mild bitter. Slight fruity and toasted. Medium bitter and toasted malty finish.

Draft at the source. Clear golden yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of straw biscuit. Taste is similar. Nice body.

(11/10/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Clear amber color. Aroma of toasted malt and caramel. Sweet toasty flavor with some bread and caramel. A bit drier in the finish. Medium-bodied.
