(Keg at Viisi Penniä, 20160317) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sulphur, spices and farmhouse. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A messy saison.

Tap at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, sweetness, spices, chocolate? and malts. Lacks carbonation.

Toweringly huge, dense & fine, yellowish-cream coloured head, bit of lace, over veiled orange-ochre beer. Spicy/herbal notes, wild herbs, arachide, nutty, nutoil. Again something nutty:arachide but less important, blending better with a wry-ish, dry herbal flavour. Still - something with this yeast, and/or cooking temperatures . The age-old tale of the degree higher mashing t°? Dry, even dry-out effect but without sourishness, acidthinning or acidburn. Weird. But not bad;

750ml Bottle - Dark amber with a slight haze. Blackcurrant, dried apricot and some earthy notes in the aroma. Fruity taste with blackcurrant, plums, dried apricot and earth.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As La Rulles Saison XIII ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, peppery saison yeast, light floral - veggie. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, caramel - sweet malt, light floral - veggie. Messy ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

KØLF 150515. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, grain, fruit, yeast. Flavour is fruit, malt, yeast, grain, grass. Medium body. Nice beer.

75cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Baelus. Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of toast, nuts, some caramel, grain, dust. Flavour is medium sweet, toast, dust, straw, water, bitter finish. Thin body gives the beer a bit of an unpleasant mouthfeel. Ok-ish though.

Storflaska från Beergium. Bärnstensfärgad, grumlig med stort skum. Jästig och mjölig doft, degvätska, grönsaker, murrigt. Lite platt avslagen munkänsla, degvätska, jäst, vetemjöl, lite matig konsistens, känns inte ordentligt utjäst. Lite som ett svenskt färsköl från 90-talet. Hur kunde det gå så här?

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy light amber with a medium off white head. Aroma of light citrus, peppery saison yeast, light weeds and veggies. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter fniish. Oily palate.
