Back in March, the Crafter Of Spells himself took @‌mrhopfu and yours truly about 30 minutes outside of Portland for a morning of chase’n waterfalls. I had seen the beauty of these waterfalls from pics that Sam had snap’d, but seeing them in person, DAAAAANG, was just remarkable! So, naturally, not only did we have to listen to TLC, but we also had to make a beer to commemorate this momentous occasion! This triple brings in a heavier oat amount than we’ve used in a long time, and leans heavily into a legit hop blend that we haven’t used before. Tasting notes? The palate is big and juicy, with fresh kiwi bites, orange sherbet licks, with creamy mango and pineapple soft serve in the linger.
