Slap it on our chest, brand us with it, we’re settling more and more into our status as a modern day UK juice slinger. What do you do then when you have a four way of some of the most hype-heavy hops free to use with gay abandon in a beer? You go full Polly’s hog and create a full-on, maxed out, amped up modern hop-forward IPA that even before its release is being renowned in the brewhouse as one of the best beers we’ve ever brewed. With a hop bill representing three of the most renowned hop-producing countries on the planet, we’ve brought an all-US lineup of Idaho-7, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata to create our most pillowy soft, juicy, and tropical IPA to date. Expect passionfruit sweetness, gooseberry zing, and soft peach notes a-plenty, backed up with just a whisper of citrus rind bitterness and dank cannabis smoke in this bulldozer of a beer.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep golden body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Aroma of orange peel and mango. Flavour of dried mango, straw and orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A punchy and delicious IPA.

Draft at JARS Bar, Deptford. Hazy orange. Foamy white head. Aroma has stone fruit providing some bitterness over sweet juice with a sour edge. Flavour is similar. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Hits the spot.
