PARAKEET is a beauty of a
fruity pie. Oozing with big sour peach & apricot jaminess. We went with a smooth grist to keep this one light as a feather, but still packed the little chatterbox with plenty of fruity goodness. Both peach and apricot puree went for a dive cold side, along with some vanilla, to pop a lid on the tasty sour pud.

Keg at the tap. Hazy orange. Foamy white head. Aroma is sour with a hint of sweetness. Flavourwise this is uber sour. Dunno how much citrus fruit they dumped in or whatever. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Certainly super fruity but too sour fpr me to enjoy roo mich. Flambe it and put it over crepe! 7.4
