LARK is a singing lil' Radler with Tango hops and packed full of joyful lemon and lime juiciness.
This one's got some classic German feels with a light, crisp lager base. Then, plenty of modern citrus tangs from Hallertau Tango hops, as well as lime zest in the whirlpool. To finish off this carefree little singer, we added big plugs of lime and lemon purée, cold-side.
It takes HALLERTAU to TANGO!

Keg at the tap.. Haxy pale Leon yellow. Thin foamy white head primarily sticks to the rim. Flavourwise the citrus sourness dominates. Some underlying sods water. This a Radler, just ordered a random beer. A hint of sugariness in the finish. Light. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Didn’t realise it was apparently a Radler but fair play.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Lemon marmalade & lime aromas. Taste is the same with a spot of gooseberry jam coming through in the back end. Bitter citrusy aftertaste.
