An all-malt Pale Lager inspired by the spirit of Korean eating and drinking culture. Like the beers you'll find at a "pojangmacha"—a Korean street food market—Pocha is balanced, malt-forward and easy-drinking, and something that can pair easily with rich, spicy foods and hours of lively conversation.

Aromas are multi, grassy, dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose and mildly sweet up front. Goodbody and carbonation. Goes to bittersweet and then a lightly bitter finish. Decent.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is nice pale malt, straw and hay. Flavor is the same as the aroma way more pale malt with a fresh cut grain. Less hoppy than most american lagers but there is some bitterness on the back end. I still don't know what specifically Korean but this is a nice easy drinking all malt lager.

Tap at Whole Foods. Steady white head, rapid rising carbonation bubbles. Clean, crisp lager. Really nails it for a balance of quality ingredients and supreme drinkability. Smooth, cool mouthfeel. Really solid beer. Brewers can't believe how the skills have gotten.
