This series is our brewer's sandbox-tweaking grain bills, water chemistry, and hop approach to push softness, saturation and aroma.

For the first batch of our taproom-only series, Inner Circle, we pushed everything further than we normally would. The highest percentage of high-protein grains we’ve ever used for a saturated, weighty mouthfeel. Extended hop stands to layer flavor without harsh bitterness. Massive dry hop charges and extra time in the tank to let everything settle into place. Citra, Motueka, and Peacharine collide in waves of tropical fruit cocktail. Motueka brings that punchy green citrus snap, while Peacharine leans hard into lush, juicy stone fruit. Deep pale orange — like freshly pressed tropical juice.
