Threefold opened in May 2025 as a home for three amazing breweries: Slow Hand, Boombox, and Temporal. We put together this special three-way collab to celebrate a year of collaboration, learning, and our unique approaches to brewing.
Year One uses a dip hop of Dolcita Incognito and Amarillo Cryo, fermentation with a clean lager yeast strain, a dry hop of Chinook, Simcoe, Citra Cryo, and a final conditioning on toasted Cypress wood staves.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 2026/05/05). Clear gold with white head. Soft dank oils with mild herbal-like pine hops, blends nicely, quite nice.

On tap at Threefold, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of old school piney hops, a touch of woodiness, light grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dank, with big pot-like hops, potent pine, some oiliness, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Super dank, pungent, and yet clean. Excellent.
