Think you need fruit additions to get a truly tropical IPA? Think again. Drumsticks is a summer-ready Double IPA that defies expectations — bursting with stone fruit and citrus character sourced entirely from hops and yeast alone.
Brewed with a generous 35% oat and wheat malt base alongside Heidelberg Pilsner malt, Drumsticks pours impossibly pale with a full, chewy body that carries wave after wave of juicy flavour. A carefully selected hop trio of Simcoe, Amarillo CGX, and El Dorado pushes the boundaries of what unfiltered tropical intensity can taste like — think ripe mango, peach, and sun-drenched citrus in every sip.
No fruit. No compromise. Just pure hop and ester magic in a can.

Keg at Cool Head Craft Beer Garden Festival 2026.
The beer poured unclear and yellowy color.
Somewhat grassy hoppy, some tropical fruitiness in aroma. Fairly sweet and juicy.

Tap at Ambasada. Murky dark yellow body, off-white thick head, medium retention. Pineapple, bit tart aroma, bit funky. Sweetish-tart pineapple juice taste, low oaty notes, bitterish, bit funky. Not in top shape, but well hidden alcohol, respectable, but not in good shape.

Hauy pale yellow colur, minimal creamy white head; aroma of ripe tropical fruits, tangerine, peachy, celery and biscuity notes; bittersweet taste with similar notes to the aroma and some spicy-horseradish-like aftertaste; good one
