This beer is brewed in collaboration with Fermentis Labs in the Netherlands. This is a new yeast strain that is grown to amplify hop flavor and aromatics. This is part of our science study on yeast types. The beer is super fruity and fresh. This lager is dry hopped with a blend of Azacca and Idaho7 hops. Cheers to SCIENCE!

From tap at Molo Brew, Ålesund, 31.05.26. Clear golde. White head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of pilsner malt, American hops, succade, citrus and lychee. Lingering aftertaste. Good!
