A dry-hopped hybrid NEIPA. Pomona NEIPA has a very light bitterness, as the hops are added to the wort at below 80°, and the rest is added as dry hops during and at the end of the fermentation process. Pomona NEIPA has clear notes of exotic fruits such as Papaya, Mango, Passion fruit and Citrus. Pomona NEIPA can be served cold on a sunny day.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque deep golden - borderline amber - with a solid and lasting, lacing off-white head. Some citrus aroma, but also a greasy edge. Medium body, a very dry fruitiness and a substantial finishing bitterness. 060626
