Shift into refreshment with this crisp, bright pilsner brewed with barley grown right here on Vancouver Island. Clean fermentation and hopping with New Zealand varieties impart notes of fresh-cut grass and subtle citrus.

473mL can, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has a more grassy hop character than anything NZ-like, with a crisp crackery malt base. Flavour is more NZ-hop reminiscent, with tangy melony hops, bitter grassiness, and a crisp crackery malt base. Biting, bitter finish, but doesn’t seem like optimal NZ hop expression. Good.
