SHARAKU ESB
洒落 エクストラスペシャルビター編
英国ホップの上品な苦みと、モルトの芳醇さをじっくり楽しむイングリッシュパブの超定番
A balanced and complex style, perfect for enjoying repeatedly over an evening, the ESB is heavily focused on layering malt character, this time offering layers of biscuit, caramel, and an almost fruity subtle sweetness. The yeast brings some toffee and a touch of bread-like character to complement the malt, while the English hops are herbal-leaning, offering an elegant bitterness.

Can from Isetan Kyoto. Deep amber-orange to light brown, hazy, with a low, thick head. Lovely malt in the nose, toasty and nutty, light caramel, estery fruits, citrus and spice from the hops. Malty, toasty flavor, burnt caramel, spicy hops, orange, with a dry, bitter finish. Bready, toffee, not too sweet. Light, crisp, Medium body. Nice take on the style.
