Brewed specially for the 40th Alton Beer Festival.
Every meal Dave make ends up as a fry-up. Full roast? Fry-up. Victoria Sponge? Fry-up.
We've blended East coast and West coast styles to create a 'landlocked' IPA. Thankfully he's a much better brewer than a cook.
Hops: Citra & Idaho 7

Keg at From Beer To Eternity, Havant. Opaque copper gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has soft sweet fruit with a citrus edge, and then bitterness makes itself known. Sweet fruit with a sugariness. Underlying bitterness then becomes more prominent. Herbal. Light resin. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Interesting and pretty punchy.
