Starlings form murmurations in their thousands, even hundreds of thousands, for warmth, socialisation, communication, and to provide safety in numbers by appearing vastly larger than they are individually. We do this, too: our community is forever stronger together, and our time spent together brings feelings of joy, solidarity, community, communication, and vibrancy. Birds of a feather, and all that.

Murmuration is a light and crisp helles, hopped with Lubelski for floral and herbal notes, and a dash of Strata for a very light but no less bright tropical and stone fruit character.

Aroma: a classic helles-like bready aroma with a subtle twinkling of stone fruit and pineapple. Palate: herbal and spicy notes with a crisp, dry, and medium body with layers of citrus.
