750 ml bottle. Unclear golden/orange body with a light off-white head. Light gusher. Aroma is spicy, perfumed and slightly sour. Flavor is a bit fruity sour with some malt and spicy, reminds me a bit of pumpkin pie actually. Unusually and far from the regular Fantome beers, not bad but mostly weird.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Willems Bierhuis, gotten in 2015). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight sourish notes along with some mild tartness. Flavour is kind of similar, but the tartish thing is kind of acidic and burning.

Bottled 750ml
Amber-orange color, small off-white head. White wineous, light tartness, berries and orange in the nose. Medium-bodied. Light tartness, berries in the flavor. Mellow, a bit spicey, tartish. Typical Fantome is like a box of chocolate.

75cl swing top bottle courtesy of Kermis. GUSHER!!!!!! Thick white head. Murky amber pour with lots of sediment. A little sour. Not great.

Fra flaske på Haand Ølfestival 29 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Aroma av honning. Smaken surølaktig. Hint av frukt med ingefær som undertone.

Bottle 700ml. w. swing top @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Fantôme Artist: Gaelle Boulanger ].Gusher !!! Hazy - murky matt medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, mint, bubble gum, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart orange - fruit, herbs, peppery, fruity, yeast, mint - minerals, overriped fruit, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150829]

Från en skummande flaska. Smak och doft av citrus, örter, havtorn, enbär. Blommig och frisk, söt, torr, en aning sträv, tydlig beska.

Skummar rejält ur flaskan. Gyllengul västska med riktigt högt skum. Tvålig, kryddig och parfymerad doft. Söt och blommig smak. Syren, havtorn, enbärsris, pors och pastill utan att blir för söt och kvalmig p g a en torr och ganska stram avslutning med lite porsbeska. Ändå lite astringent och svår att gilla. Stryker inte direkt medhårs. Men varför ska man det? Hmm

Bottle shared at The Cad’s 10 year get together. 29/03/2015. Huge thanks to Matteo. Hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lively white head. Aroma is pale malts, spicy notes, orange peel ,and some nice saison yeast character. Flavour is composed of tangy tangerine, orange rind, saison yeast. Palate is airy carbonation, little sweetness,. Good stuff.
