On Tap at the Cole brewery/taproom Deep chestnut brown, thin ring of tan bubbles. MOstly deep smooth piney hop notes on the aroma. Flavors are decidedly tame. Under roasted and under bittered. Perhaps this is the end of the keg/batch but a version 2.0 is needed here and a bit more ballsy.. Smooth flavors and nice sweet woody maltiness. Mostly undershot the classic CDA I think. Double the long-boil hops and the midnight wheat maybe. Still very tasty.
