Bottle 75 cl. Pours a reddish amber with an off-white head. Funky and somewhat smoky aroma, quite lactic. Rather light body with a heavy carbonation. Smoky caramel accents, metal and blood with a distinct tartness. But also these notes of biscuits or baking yeast that you sometimes find in sour culture beers. There’s a lot of stuff going on in here, but I’m not entirely sure how well they blend together. 020414

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours translucent gold with a transient white head. Aroma seems funky apple. Med minus body. Flavor is funk, acetone, light stone fruit. Certainly different.

Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #106. Draft at Brewvival. Pours a hazy yellow color with no head. Aroma of tart lemon, apples, doughy wheat. The taste is tart lactic notes, lemon, wheat. Thin-medium bodied.
