[ As Against the Grain / Blue Stallion All Funked Up: Berwynnerweisse ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, tart, lemon - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, herbs - floral, tart, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829] -

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours very hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus and lemon. Flavour is light bitter and moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Rotten fruit, esters, and vegetables. Cabbage. Salty and tart bitter bitter finish. Heavy on the dms - but luckily hidden away beacause of the funk.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Hazy pale yellow color, virtually no head. Smell and taste moderate sourness, citrus fruits, lemongrass slightly. Really well balanced. Hard to describe, something floral in there as well. Quite pleasant.
