Play It Backwards is our rotating hop DDH Pale Ale brewed with a blend of pilsner malts as well as flaked wheat and oats. This version was hopped in the kettle with Riwaka and NZ Cascade. Our conjuring DDH Pale Ale was fermented cool with our house Kolsch strain, then dry hopped twice with Nectaron, Rakau and Riwaka then finished with Nelson Sauvin Amplifier Oil.
