This super light West Coast IPA is an ode to a trinity of the great hop varietals of the Pacific Northwest: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Utilizing both hop pellets and advanced hop products, Trinity features notes of orange peel and lemon zest, with complementary hints of passionfruit, pineapple, and pine, all while finishing expressive and ultra clean.

Can. Golden beer with a whitish head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit linger.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a white head. Aroma of mixed citrus with zest notes. Med body, no more. Pale malt is nicely obscured by bitterness. Relatively moderate bitterness for a WCIPA IMHO. Flavor is citrus pith with a pine accompaniment. Maybe a touch of resin. Pleasant ale.
