Little A – American pale ale.
Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt for a clean malt base with light biscuit character. Simcoe and Chinook in the hot side bring bold pine, grapefruit and resinous bitterness, while Cascade T90 and Cryo in the cold side for lift with bright citrus and floral notes. Crisp, punchy and built for another pint.
ABV 5.3%, IBU 45, Hops Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade. Style –American pale ale.

11/7/2026. Can at the ITFC England WCQF beer share. Good pour. Aroma is citrusy, grassy, herbal, resiny, grapefruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Some dryness. Well done.
