Special collab release: Spolu (“Together”)

We’ve been fans of Herman, and the well-crafted, thoughtful beers they produce, for a long time. We were stoked to work together on this one.

Spolu is a classic Czech pilsner brewed with floor-malted pilsner malt and finished with a light dry hop of Saaz. Expect comforting notes of fresh bread and biscuit, balanced by moderate bitterness and a clean, crisp finish.

We took our time with this beer, giving it an extended lagering period and using a spunding valve for the first time to capture some naturally produced CO₂ during fermentation, contributing to a delicate, soft carbonation.
