Barbershop is a crispy and easy drinking Pilsner brewed Canadian legend Shad to celebrate community. Our idea was to take a fairly straightforward recipe and give it a little twist. We've been inspired by Garrett Oliver @ Brooklyn Brewery using Fonio in their beers and decided to add it to this one. Fonio is a climate resistant, sustainable 5,000-year-old West African super grain. It requires no fertilizer, no pesticide, no irrigation, and provides bright, tropical aromatics to this beer.
