From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and tart, cornish. Solid tart, citric and dry. Bone dry and tart finish.

Draught at the brewery. Big lemon-honey nose. Tangy, salty lemon flavor. Nice balance. Tasty and crisp. Nice, though a bit inauthentic. Best beer here today, though.

Draught at Stone World Bistro. Hazy, pale yellow liquid with big white head. Aroma of wheat, lacto, grassy hops, cereal, biscuit and bread. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemons and cereal. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Great BW actually.

On tap at the brewpub without syrup. Pours with a turbid pale yellow hue with some lace left by the fading white head. Aromas are grainy, light lacto, clean, low esters, light lemon, yogurt, wheat and a touch of vanilla. Flavors are extremely tart, lemony, lactic acid, cleanly tart. Some apple jolly ranchers, dry with low grainy character. Dry, medium high carbonation. Quite tart and tasty! Please run this through the canning line this summer!
