Full pour on draft at Cafeteria 15L, Sacramento International Airport. Served in a Belgian snifter. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, light tart notes. Tastes of light tart notes, lemon and orange citrus. Light body with a dry finish. Fairly light tartness for a berliner but solid.

4oz from flight at the brewery. Poured a very pale yellow color with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma was notes of lemon, light grain character. Crisp notes. Not a lot of tartness in this one, which was a touch disappointing. Refreshing in the super hot heat though.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a white head. Aroma of mild fruit and citrus sour. Near med body. Flavor is mildly lightly sour/tart. Almost like drinking a tart cider. Clearly a sour, but the "pucker power" seems missing.

Tap. Raspberry syrup? WTF?? Pours cloudy pale yellow, without the fucking syrup thank you. Small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, lemon, grain. Flavor is quite light tart, lightly sweet, notes of lemon and wheat. Pretty bland; now I see what the syrup is supposed to be for. Light body, high carbonation. Not a standout for the style.

Keg at Public beer & wine shop, Long Beach, 17/04/14. Clear pale golden witha moderate off white swirl atop the glass. Nose is lemon rind, straw, light spice. Taste comprises citric peels, grass, lemon sherbet, pinch of spice. Light in body, fine carbonation, crisp clean refreshing close. Simple refreshing ’linner.

Draft. Hazy straw beer with a whitish head. Tart and light wheat aroma. Tart/sour flavor with light wheat and lemon. Medium bodied. Refreshing and easy to drink. Tart/sourness lingers with lemon and light wheat.
