Draft pour. Pours golden with no head. Nice wheat flavor with a sour citrus flavor. A lot of lemon. Good stuff.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head that fades. Aromas are floral and salty, coriander, briny. Some slightly sweet smelling notes, lemony lactic acid, floral honey. Flavors are quite tart, lemony, lightly salty, floral, low coriander. Lively carbonation, playful.

Draft. Amber beer with a big cream head. Malt and yeast aroma. Tart and citrus flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Tart and citrus lingers with light salt.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma uncertain. Med body. Flavor is astringent, bitter, somewhat citrus, seems a bit salty. Strangely tasty. Gets a bit sour with time.

Draft at Naja’s, expanded pour courtesy of Matt, thanks! Cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma of dusty, earthy lemons. Taste is clay, earth, citrus. Really nice.
