Ob das "Organisch" jetzt auf biologische Zutaten und ZUbereitung bezogen ist, weiß ich nicht. Ich glaube eher, es soll eine Verbundung zu dem lebendigen Geschmack erzeuht werden. Es ist ein angenehmes Witbier mit mittlerer Hopfung und leichten Aromen nach Koriander, Zimt und Kardamon sowie Anis. Gerde genug, nicht zu wenig. Ein wirklich gutes Wirbier.

Bottle, Paris. Pours golden with a white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of malt, light yeast, grass, herbal hops, light lemonpeel. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeast, grassy hops, light specy, light herbal, citrus, lemonpeel. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 131018

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Hoppy aroma. Grapefruit hoppy aroma. Belgian ipa style beer. Rather good I thought. Good hops. Hides abv well. Very drinkable.

Bottle, picked up somewhere in Brussels last year. Hazed, pale gold. Big old, foamy white head, that tries to escape from the glass. Nose has pear drops. Hay. Barley sugar sweets. Taste is toffee sweet. Some booze bitterness. Grassy and a little drying. Smooth mouthfeel. Massaging carbonation. Fairly rich and a little sticky. Finish is mostly sweet, with a little grassy bitterness. Ok.

corked bottle. hazy yellow, white head. flowery , herbal, slightly citrussy aroma, dry, faint notes of belgian yeast fermentation. herbal and sweet malt dominated flavor with some hoppy bitterness and metallic bitterness, also flowery bitterness, i think they hopped this one well, with several kinds of hops, but the overall bitterness impression is a bit too much metal and alcohol for my taste.

Tap at Raf, expensive. Blond color with a bubbly white head, persistent. Aroma is quite malty, a good amount of herbal tones and decent quantity of hops. Sadly does not cut through as i would have expected, is relatively bland and simple, grainy., hence not impressive. Medium body and well hidden ABV. A bit average, ok though.
